I like connecting the parts that make a workflow usable: data, credentials, background jobs, deployment, and the interface people use.
That has meant automating tenant setup, building deployment pipelines, making APIs faster, and turning insurance documents into organized customer records. I start with the manual work or waiting time, then build around that problem.
